Lady Laughs Comedy Set To Film Comedy Series At The Barrymore Theatre

MADISON, WI USA ( September 10, 2018 ) — Lady Laughs Comedy and Artemis Bow Productions is teaming up with Wisconsin based Glowstix Studios to film a Streaming Style comedy series as a part of the 3rd Annual International Lady Laughs Comedy Festival. The filming will take place at the historic Barrymore Theatre in Madison, WI on November 10th. Filmed during the two shows at The Barrymore, one at 7pm and another at 10pm the shows will feature different performers.
The series which will be entitled “I 💗 Funny Women!” will be a three camera production and will feature performers including Madison/Chicago based touring comic Dina Nina Martinez, Chicago based Maya May and Off Off Broadzway and more. The show will be a mix of stand up comedy, burlesque and musical comedy with diverse cast of women.
Glowstix Studios was founded by Paige Brien out of Lake Mills, WI. Prior to opening the studio, Paige worked for a Chicago area firm with a New York location as well, producing commercials for Fortune 500 companies.
Madison based Artemis Bow Productions was founded by Dina Nina Martinez who is the creator of Lady Laughs Comedy. The company produces events, tours, manages comics and produces digital content.
